1. Administration building

Description:
Administration building was built at 1961 and it is used as administration offices up to the present. It is located at the eastern part of the industrial area on the light steep land. The building is consisting of the 5 floors high main house with 2 side parts and 2 floors high passageway to the packhouse and storage building. In 1987 the facade and windows were completely reconstructed, in 1992 the air condition at the kitchen was renewed, in 1994 the corridor at the basement was reconstructed and in 1995 wiring system was renewed as well as the canteen modernizing during the same year. During the years 1993 and 1994 the roof was completely reconstructed. Primary wooden partition walls were gradually replaced by gypsum wallboards. In 2008 the first and second floor of the right side house were reconstructed. Structurally technical condition of the building is good without any obvious imperfection. 2. Packhouse and storage building
